Almost 3 years ago i was referred to the Legacy clinic. They are amazing people. They strive to help you, not just because its their job, because they genuinely care and want the best for you. They dont rush you in and out, they are very thorough, you got questions or concerns? Thats oki, they glady take the time to answer and explain. Ive recommended Legacy to a dozen of my friends, especially to my fellow transgender peeps.

The legacy scheduling system messed up my appointment but everyone at this location was very accommodating and patient with me. Angela was extremely sweet and beyond helpful. I really appreciate everyone there!

There were two people that used to make this place really somewhat bearable despite the 50 layers of BS that you had to deal with just to be able to advocate for yourself. And now those two people are no longer there and it is a complete and utter JOKE. If you want to be tossed around between 15 different apartments with 50 different people giving you 20 different versions of information that are disconnected, incomplete, and just altogether false due to either a lack of training or miscommunication from leadership/drug manufacturers/middleman such as financial assistance you name it… Then this is your place if you want to come into that horse crap… If you want to be gaslit by Daisy in financial services because she decides to deflect away from issues that were clearly her responsibility to bring up and then fails to correct it just to hang up in your face when you call it out , then this is your place. If you want to deal with the drug manufacturers consistently not updating the patient AND the staff and upper management so that they can CLEARLY & CONSISTENTLY update you as to what’s going on with your care and treatment and how those things can be affected literally overnight wit

Dr. Sarah Talbot is amazing!!! Wonderful bed side manner, always has a smile. Truly cares about your well being and listens to you. Her follow up care is top notch as well as the nurses. Easy online portal to all your records, appt details etc. any time I message they are quick to reply. Referrals is fast and tentative. Long wait times for an appointment at times, but it is worth the wait in my opinion to have such a great Dr and staff. I can honestly say I am 100% happy with my primary care.
